Interview prospective candidates and match the required positions

Due to the understanding that we have of our client companies, their job descriptions and their environments, we are able to best match our candidates to what our clients look for in the market.


Match the personality of the candidate to the organisation


We attend regular client visits / encourage our consultants to visit their clients so as to get an understanding of the company culture and ethos.


Carry out reference / due diligence checking

Premier Personnel uses a host of reference checking agencies as requested by most of our clients. Checks include: criminal worthiness and qualification checks.

Candidates also supply a list of their managers / referees in order for Premier Personnel to conduct in depth verbal / written references on each of our candidates.


Credit clearance checking


Premier Personnel provides all clients with the credit record of candidates should they want the detail / clearance – the checks are performed after having obtained the candidate's permission to perform these checks.


Skills assessment testing (support staff functionality)


An in-house software package is used to test prospective candidates; MS suite, data capturing, debtors, creditors, basic bookkeeping and typing skills.


Job profiling


Matching of candidate's skills to the defined job specification by partnering with a sister company in the ADCORP Group, Ethoz, that specialises in Competency based recruitment / job profiling.


Interview workshops


Our consultants will prepare prospective candidates for interviews.


Retrenchment workshops

Premier Personnel conducts Retrenchment workshops at clients – topics covered in these workshops include: interview techniques, compilation of a cv, a synopsis of the current job market, how to sell your skills in the market. Specialist psychologists are on hand if requested to handle personal matters.


Sourcing of prospective candidates via newspaper advertising, internet advertising, word of mouth

Premier Personnel makes use of several advertising mediums – press / internet / industry related journals etc. – all positions will be advertised for client companies.


Research and development

Specialist recruiters are aware of new market trends to best advise client companies. Significant research on industry trends and development is carried out. This information is passed on to prospective candidates for information.


Remuneration structure benchmarking

Premier Personnel conducts salary surveys and incentive based package queries for clients.

Premier Personnel will assist with retention strategies for clients – i.e. provide assistance with regards to retention policies that are currently favoured by our applicants through a process of feedback and consultation.


Assist clients with the compilation of offer letters and any other recruitment related documentation
