Premier Personnel a division of Adcorp Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a 100% held subsidiary of Adcorp Holdings Limited. Adcorp is listed on the JSE.

Premier's main areas of specialisation include Finance and Accounting,
Legal, Marketing, HR and Office Support, Management Consulting,
Information Technology, Telecommunications, General Temporary and
Contract staffing. Staffing solutions are provided on a Permanent
or Temporary basis.
Our placement profile covers a broad spectrum from Executive Management
level through to Call Centre and Office Support staff.
The company has branches in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Premier has a staff complement of 66 of which 59 are at the Johannesburg
Branch and 7 are at the Cape Town Branch. Designated groups (including
white female) have an 89% representation in the organisation.
The Managing Directors are Marius Khoury and Michele Khoury (the
founder of the business) located at the Johannesburg Branch.

Social Investment Programmes
Premier Personnel targets organisations and institutions (children's
homes, learning centres, clinics) that assist the youth of South
Africa. This strategy is aimed at uplifting the youth and developing
future leaders to enable them to move within the employer market,
in their future careers. Premier believes in helping to develop
the youth socially and academically, as the youth are the future
of Premier's business.
Premier Personnel is involved in both Social and Education projects/programmes.
It is the policy of Adcorp Holdings to contribute approximately
1% of pre-tax profits towards credible social responsibility and
social investment programs. Adcorp Holdings derives its profit from
its operating companies, which include Premier Personnel. The policy
of the Group is that all operating companies should make social
responsibility contributions through the Group's Head Office, in
addition to their own contributions.
Premier Personnel is assisting three Enterprise Development initiatives
- MM Tours and Transfers: since 2004
- A start-up Courier Company: 2005 - 2006
- Shwene Brick Layer Project, in Matox, Polokwane: since 2006

Shareholding
Adcorp was the first to list in its industry sector and the first
to introduce a substantial black equity holding into the holding
and operating companies.
Adcorp Holdings Ltd has been and is committed to leading the drive
toward black economic empowerment in the Human Capital Management
Industry in South Africa since 1992. Adcorp has identified Wiphold
and Simeka Group to be its strategic BEE partners.
"Adcorp recognises the importance of positive transformation
as a key element of the future prosperity of Adcorp and the country.
We have stated our intention to embrace broad-based BEE as the foundation
of the group's BEE ownership strategy including the upliftment of
previously disadvantaged people."
Adcorp submitted their Employment Equity Proposal, which has been
acknowledged by the Department of Labour.
